Planning to Fail follows the process of writing a screenplay from the initial idea through planning, writing, rewriting, and finally submission. You'll get to see all the burps, blemishes, and hurdles of writing a story that will probably see only rejection after it's done. That's okay, we're planning to fail. Start at the beginning or just jump in. This is original work. If you feel you need to use it for something just contact me, I'm pretty reasonable.

I want to read more! What if the chest opening scene started with the end of a fight and that way you see some of their dynamic as a team?- like it's all fast paced and non-D&D and then when they are around the chest we get to the D&D? That way it starts with a bang! That is my thought. Disclaimer: I have no idea what I'm talking about.
ReplyDeleteWhether you think you know what you're talking about or not that's actually a very good suggestion. I'll make note of it for the second draft. Thanks!
DeleteI really liked it! I'm usually not great at visualizing characters in books. Reading this was fun because I can visualize it all! I think that's a testament to great writing and sticking to the screenwriting format! very neat
